Commissions can be used for personal and general commercial use, such as:
- VTuber posts
- YouTube thumbnails
- Social media postsFor merchandise use, such as:
- Keychains
- Stickers
- Prints
- Products for resalePlease inform me beforehand. Additional fees may apply.Artwork Rights
- You may post or upload the artwork anywhere.
- Credit is not required, but always appreciated.
- I may use the artwork in my portfolio or social media unless requested otherwise.
- The artwork must not be used for NFTs or AI training.Streaming
I may stream or record the commission process unless you request otherwise.File Storage
Commission files will be kept for up to 6 months.
After delivery, please download and save your files.Refunds
- Full refund: Available if work has not started.
- Partial refund: May be given if work has already started, depending on progress.
- No refund: Once the final artwork has been delivered.- If I am unable to complete the commission, a full or partial refund will be provided depending on the situation.
- If I miss an agreed deadline by more than 2 weeks without prior notice, a partial refund may be discussed.Privacy
Your personal information will only be used to complete the commission and communicate with you.Details such as your name, contact information, and payment details will not be shared unless necessary, such as for payment or delivery purposes.Intellectual Property Rights
The commissioned artwork must not be used for NFTs, AI training, or AI-related purposes.The Client may post or upload the artwork online. Credit is not required, but always appreciated.The Artist may showcase the artwork in their portfolio or on social media unless requested otherwise by the Client.Communication
Commission updates will be sent through the platform where the order was made, such as VGen, Kirke, Discord, Instagram, Twitter/X, or email.
