At qtpals, I design and sell a variety of cute stationery items, including stickers, bookmarks, sticker sheets, and keychains—with even more exciting products on the way!In addition to running my shop, I’m also a VTuber on Twitch, where I stream a variety of content, including games like Valorant, Minecraft, and Final Fantasy XIV, as well as my art process.As an independent artist and streamer, I’m passionate about creating fun and unique pieces that bring a bit of joy to everyday life. COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

Only for Personal Use. For Commercial Use please indicate, Additional Fees will apply unless stated otherwise.Expected Wait: Typically a week to a month, depending on commission type and complexity.Rules:

REFUND POLICY

1. Non-Refundable Deposit
5% of the total commission cost is required upfront as a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.
This is to protect the artist's time and effort in case the client cancels the commission midway.
2. Partial Refunds
If a client cancels the commission after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
Sketch Phase: 50% refund
Line Art/Initial Design Phase: 30% refund
Final Stages (Coloring, Detailing): No refund
3. Full Refund Before work begins
A full refund is available if the client cancels before any work has started.
4. Revision Limits
The artist allows 2 revisions. Beyond this, any additional revisions may incur extra charges, but refunds will not be given.
5. Refunds in Case of Inability to Complete
If the artist is unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., health issues), a full or partial refund will be issued based on the situation.
6. Refunds for Missed Deadlines
If the artist fails to deliver the final product within 2 weeks after the given deadline without prior notice or a reasonable excuse, a partial refund on the final price may be offered.
For example, the deadline given by the Client is 1 Jan. If the artist doesn't deliver by 15 Jan, a partial refund is granted with reference to point 2. Partial Refunds.
If the Client gives an extension of the deadline, this policy applies to the new dateline.
7. Digital Goods Policy
For digital art, refunds may not be available once the final product is delivered, as digital files can’t be “returned.”
If clients are caught breaking TOS, they will be blacklisted.

We will abide by PDPA law.We will collect personal data such as names, contact information, and payment details solely to fulfil commission requests and communicate with our clients.
By engaging in our commission services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as outlined in this policy.
Personal data collected will be used exclusively for managing and delivering commissioned artworks. We will not use your data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties such as payment processors or delivery services only when necessary to complete your commission. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.You may withdraw your consent for us to use or disclose your personal data at any time by contacting us. Please note that this may affect our ability to fulfill your commission.
